Zarah Sims

As one of my first experiences working in a management team, I can say with confidence that I couldn’t have done it without the endless patience and guidance Pedro demonstrated on a daily basis.

 

It’s easy to tell that he not only actively strives to improve his own skills but seeks potential in those around him as well; he was a natural at delegating work whilst also leveling with the team, exhibiting both responsibility and teamwork ceaselessly.

 

I am in constant awe of how passionate and driven he is about anything he sets him mind to, his ambition contagious and inspiring. He is a delight not only as a leader but as a friend as well, and I can see him doing even greater things in the future!
